More Villa updates.

We have just had the whole of the ground floor recarpeted today, It looks extra nice now. Hopefully people will take care to not have any spills. We have also replaced the kettle at the advice of one of our guests because the old one (now left in the larder as a spare) did not automatically switch off when the water boils.
